The position combines practical, on-the-job experience with a Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.

The Role

Project & Administrative Support
You’ll support Project Managers across a range of projects by:

  • Coordinating project documents and transmittals
  • Preparing reports, letters, emails, agendas and meeting minutes
  • Managing schedules, diaries and meetings
  • Processing expense claims
  • Filing and document management
  • Providing general administrative support
