Yadu Health Clinic

A joint commitment between Federal, South Australian State Government and Yadu Aboriginal Health Corporation, the Yadu Health Clinic will support critical health services to the Aboriginal communities of Ceduna, Kooniba and surrounding areas. Yanun are undertaking client-side project management to deliver a new clinic which will allow Yadu Health to extend its services to include dental and enhanced allied health, in addition to existing primary care and support services.
Albury-Wodonga Base Hospital Redevelopment

Yanun provided independent programming services during the early phases of the Albury campus redevelopment, supporting the development of the construction program and facilitating stakeholder meetings to address project risks and constraints. Our work helped navigate the complexities of public infrastructure, limited space, and political sensitivities, ensuring a structured approach to planning. The project aimed to deliver a new Clinical Services Building to enhance critical healthcare services, including intensive care, maternity, and paediatrics, though its progression beyond the planning phase remains uncertain.
Torrensville Bowling Club (TVBC) Relocation

Yanun rovided project management services for the $15 million relocation of Torrensville Bowling Club to a new 11,000 m² site. Services included developing a detailed project plan, managing the ECI procurement process, facilitating stakeholder communication, and supervising the contract through delivery. Managed complex stakeholder groups, budgetary constraints, and environmental and political sensitivities.
Warriappendi Secondary School Relocation

Warriappendi Secondary School enables Aboriginal students to achieve improved results in attendance, academic success and connection to culture. Yanun is providing client-side project management to support the relocation of Warriappendi to a brownfield site just outside of Adelaide city. The new school will continue to provide high quality individualised learning to students in a positive environment built upon respect, resilience and responsibility.
South Australia Forensic Science Centre

Yanun is providing project management services for the South Australian Forensic Science Centre, supporting the Department of Infrastructure’s client-side team in delivering this critical facility. The new centre will replace ageing infrastructure with a state-of-the-art, sustainable, and flexible facility, enhancing forensic service delivery for Forensic Science SA and the SA Police Forensic Services Branch. Designed to lead nationally in technology and innovation, the facility will improve staff wellbeing and provide an optimised co-location of statewide forensic capabilities to meet evolving justice system needs.
Adelaide Town Hall Restoration Works

In 2023, Adelaide Town Hall underwent a façade restoration including structural repairs, addressing issues such as cracking, damp, and stone repairs to maintain the visual and structural integrity of the historic building. Yanun provided strategic procurement advisory services, working within tight timeframes to support the evaluation, negotiation and execution of the head contractor to undertake the works.
