Great Western Highway Upgrade - Blue Mountains NSW

The Great Western Highway is one of Australia’s most historic roads and a vital east-west connection out of Sydney. Yanun provided construction planning and scheduling services for the Greater Western Highway Upgrade between Katoomba and Blackheath, using Primavera P6 to develop detailed schedules and scenario planning. Our work supported the client in making informed decisions during the early project phases, ensuring project readiness before the upgrade was placed on hold. 

Gateway SA Terminal Transformation Program (I302)

Client: Flinders Port Holdings (FPH)Project Value: $350 million 

Supporting Flinders Port Holdings (FPH) in the $350 million Gateway SA Terminal Transformation Program, Yanun is helping modernise the Flinders Adelaide Container Terminal (FACT). Our services include developing and maintaining the master program, cost performance reporting tools, and a project controls framework, while managing complex stakeholders, budget constraints, and driving innovation. 

Truro Bypass

Client: Fulton Hogan on behalf of Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT).Project Value: $202 million  

Enhancing safety, freight efficiency, and regional connectivity, the $202 million Truro Bypass Project will divert heavy traffic from Truro’s main street. Yanun supported the project by delivering construction planning and scheduling within an alliance structure tender team, ensuring a well-coordinated and strategic approach to the tendered offering.  

Torrens to Darlington (T2D)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SCHEDULING

Client: SMEC on behalf of Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) Project Value: $15.4 billion

Set to transform Adelaide’s transport network, the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project will complete 78km of non-stop, traffic light-free motorway between Gawler and Old Noarlunga. Yanun is supporting the verification team, to review the projects Programming and Tailored Industry Participation (TIP), to ensure compliance and foster local and inclusive employment opportunities.

Urban Superway

SCHEDULING

Client: John Holland on behalf of Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) Project Value: $812 million

The Urban Superway, a joint venture between John Holland, MacMahon, and Leed, marked South Australia’s most complex engineering road construction project. Spanning 4.8km, the elevated road features a 2.8km stretch between the Port River Expressway and Regency Road, sitting 19 metres above ground level. Yanun’s Managing Director, David Mallett, served as the lead planner, overseeing critical aspects of planning and project coordination to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of this $812 million upgrade to South Road.
